Possessing over 28 years of construction management, quality control, and inspection related experience; I bring real world knowledge and a bachelors degree from Southwest Texas State University in the construction sciences to each inspection preformed. 
 

As a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector with the Texas Real Estate Commision (TREC #9988) I have the knowledge and experience of how a house should be constructed, and how the cause and effects of potential issues come into play.  No structure is absolutely perfect; however, you need to know whether the house you are puchasing is in need of only few "honey-do's" or has the potential to be a "money-pit".
